SPORTS PHYSICALS PROVIDED BY ACTION PHYSICAL THERAPY

Dr. Papa will once again be providing physicals for LWCS student-athletes. The physicals will be provided from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 20 in the gymnasium. Please come prepared with paperwork completed in order to allow as many physicals to be completed as possible.
